Programs are specifi cally tailored to organizations' needs, which allows participants to overcome physical, emotional and intellectual obstacles that support growth and understanding. Through shared adventures, individuals gain broader insights into each team member and the organization as a whole. Together these team-building exercises foster healthy communication, risk-taking and trust.
The Training Center is located on the campus of West Pines at Exempla Lutheran Medical Center in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
