Below are listed the education classes for our Phase II Cardiac Rehab participants.
These classes are designed to help you modify your lifestyle to help prevent another heart event. Family members or friends are welcome to attend these classes with you. Members of the 7:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. exercise classes will attend the education classes held at 8:45. Participants who have 8:45 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. exercise classes will attend the education classes that meet at 10:00. Participants in our 2:00 p.m. and 4:15 p.m. exercise classes will attend the education classes that meet at 3:15.

There is a $10.00 fee per class for members of the community.
There is no fee for Cardiac Rehab patients & their family members.
