Stress Less
Stress Less for Caregivers
Keep it together without falling apart. This one hour class is specially designed for all caregivers - health care professionals and personal caregivers - who experience secondary stress. The focus of this class will be on techniques and ways to relieve stress. This is a one session class.Date & Time: Monday evenings, from 5:30 - 6:30 pm October 5, November 2, December 7. "Create Your Weight" Adult Weight Management Class
Get inspired to lose the weight you've been wanting to lose with the new Create Your Weight program at ELMC. You'll learn about weight management guidelines, the benefits of weight loss, body composition, the role of exercise, nutrition components, use of vitamins, minerals and water, food shopping and labels, and how to dine out and modify recipes successfully. Bioimpedance analysis

Whole Body Fitness for Beginners
Burn calories while increasing muscle strength and flexibility in a one-hour class. Your instructor will take you through an interval based exercise routine that will combine short bouts of aerobic exercise with resistance and stretching exercises using your own body weight. An ideal way to jump start your exercise program or invigorate your existing routine in a group setting. Limited to 10 participants.
This class is suitable for beginning and intermediate exercisers.

Pre-Natal Yoga
Nuture yourself and your growing baby through gentle breathing hatha yoga. Learn basic breathing techniques and poses that are especially beneficial during pregnancy. Guided relaxation and visualization exercises encourage an open-minded, positive approach to pregnancy and birth. The instructor is a registered yoga teacher and is trained in prenatal yoga.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is an excellent non-impact form of exercise that rejuvenates and energizes as well as relaxes the body and the mind. Our instructors take the time to help each student modify their postures as needed, so everyone can participate even if they are beginners or have physical limitations. Each class includes a warm-up, breath awareness, classic yoga postures and flows, and deep relaxation. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your own yoga mat. Drop-ins are welcome at all Yoga classes; the fee is $12 per class.

This class is suitable for active seniors as well as beginning and intermediate level students.
