We understand diabetes changes lives. But we also know that with the help of the right people, diabetes doesn't have to change lives for the worse. Research Diabetes, click here.
Year after year, our patients have told us we are the right people, because we do understand not only the clinical elements of diabetes, but also the human element.
We understand each person is different. That's why our team of physicians, certified diabetes nurses and nutrition educators tailor treatment specifically to your needs. Professionals who are at your side - and on your side - to partner with you to give you the tools, confidence and yes, understanding to manage your diabetes.
We team with you and your physician. A team approach that's been proven successful time and time again in restoring long-term health and wellbeing.
In fact, our outpatient education program is recognized by the American Diabetes Association (ADA), the nation's leading nonprofit health organization providing diabetes research, information and advocacy.
We're open Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
We offer classes to fit your schedule, starting at 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Support groups meet on the first Tuesday of each month from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Individual Consults
In these one-on-one sessions, registered nurses and dietitians will help you customize your diabetes plan for a healthy and comfortable new lifestyle.
Sessions cover nutrition, exercise, oral medication, insulin, and blood sugar testing.
Group Consults
In small group sessions for those who don't need insulin. The small group setting helps people with diabetes learn from and support others to live life fully.
Insulin Initiation Program
If you need insulin, this is your stop -- a comprehensive, hands-on program that puts you in control with knowledge and self-care.
Dose Management Program
If you're taking insulin, you know you need different doses at different times. Certified educators in this program will help you make your diabetes control even better by teaching you more about how insulin works and its adjustments.
Diabetes and Pregnancy Program
Some women enter pregnancy with diabetes. Others develop "gestational diabetes" and become diabetic during pregnancy. This program covers both. Nurses and nutritionists work with you to ensure both your health and your baby's.
Compassionate Care
At the Diabetes Center, we understand the stresses and challenges diabetes brings. That's why you can expect only the best in compassionate care.
