- The new Lutheran Breast Care Center offers screening and diagnostic mammograms and is accredited by the American College of Radiology for mammography, breast ultrasound, stereotactic biopsy and ultrasound-guided biopsy. The Center is also governed by the FDA through the Mammography Quality Standards Act and is a member of the National Consortium of Breast Centers.
- The Diagnostic Imaging Center offers outpatient CT scans with a 40-slice scanner, ultrasound and 3T MRI.
- Medical Imaging inside the hospital offers patients full imaging services for all procedures including early cancer detection and assisting in cancer treatment.

 Current renovations of the Medical Imaging Department include the addition of two new pieces of imaging equipment: a 32-slice CT scanner and a new Angio Suite providing for more intricate vascular treatments. Cancer patients and their physicians can now utilize the CT imaging capabilities as an integral part of radiation-treatment planning. These high-resolution images help to delineate tumors from surrounding tissue. ELMC Imaging's goal is to provide the best possible care for all patients.
