Grief Support Groups
These informal groups meet regularly so the bereaved can share experiences and support one another. Groups are free and open to anyone who has experienced a loss, regardless of when or where the loved one died. Registration is not required. Groups are held at Collier Hospice Center, 3210 Lutheran Parkway. Ample parking is available adjacent to the building. Call 303-425-8000 for more information. - Second and fourth Wednesday, 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- First and third Thursday, 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Grief Education for Bereaved Spouses & Partners
A six-week group for spouses/partners who have been bereaved four months or longer. Sessions emphasize grief education and resolution. Fee is $30.00. Registration is required. For more information, call 303-403-7283. Refer to our Calendar for upcoming dates.
The Dragonfly Program - Grief Support for Young People
Experienced grief facilitators and volunteers offer:
- A seven-week support group series for children aged 6-12 and their families
- Crafts that help children address their grief and memorialize their loved one
- Limited one-on-one sessions
- Free educational literature and information about other community resources.

Memorial Services
Held at intervals throughout the year, families receive an invitation to the service where their loved one will be honored. This interfaith service is open to families, friends and staff members of the hospital and hospice. Refer to our Calendar for upcoming dates.
