As of October 15, please help us by following these preventive measures for visitation:

All visitors to the hospital will be asked if they have flu symptoms each day upon entering the hospital. Ill visitors will not be allowed to visit and should leave the hospital.

No visitors under the age of 18, including siblings.

Children may not be left in the lobbies unattended while an adult visits a patient. Please plan for appropriate child care.

Visitors to the patient room will be limited to two (2) at any one time
-
Wash hands or use alcohol sanitizer upon entering and leaving the patient's room and restrooms, and after coughing and or sneezing.

If your loved one is in isolation, visitors are to wear the isolation apparel as indicated on the isolation sign.
We appreciate your help and understanding to keep your loved one, yourself and our staff safe as these viruses circulate in our communities. When we believe it is safe to do so, visitor restrictions will be discontinued.

Because some individuals are allergic to latex balloons, we have a NO LATEX BALLOON policy at Exempla Good Samaritan. This policy safeguards both patients and employees who may have allergies to latex. A variety of mylar balloons are available in our gift shop and florist if you would like to purchase balloons for a loved one in the hospital.
