The information in this section will tell you what our patients think about the care our hospitals provide. It is important to us that our patients are satisfied with the care they receive, and we want to hear about it when they are not. Our patient surveys, which meet the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines for all hospitals, tell us how well we are doing and how our patient satisfaction scores compare to other hospitals.
