Before you begin, it will be helpful to have your billing statement in front of you. 

• Please note that hospital and clinic bills need to be paid separately.
• You may download sample statements:
  • Exempla Healthcare (for hospital bills)
  • Exempla Physician Network (for clinic bills)

Instructions

You will need to provide the patient's name, account number, phone number, and payment information. You can now pay multiple accounts with one credit card transaction. Once you submit the completed online form, you will be asked to confirm the information, upon confirmation, you'll receive a  receipt. You may click on the image at the right to view the payment, confirmation and receipt screens.

• Exempla Lutheran Medical Center
• Exempla Saint Joseph Hospital
• Exempla Physician Network (EPN or ESPN)

Our Refund Policy 

If you have made a credit/debt card payment via the Exempla Healthcare online portal and it has been found that you are due a refund, Exempla Healthcare will issue a refund to the original credit/debt card that was used to make the initial payment. 

All credit/debt card refund requests must be made by contacting the Exempla Healthcare Business Customer Service department at 303.813.5300. 

Refunds may result from the following:

• Overpayment
• Duplicate payment received
• Additional payment made by insurance  

Please allow 10-14 days for all credit/debit card refunds to appear on the cardholder's statement.
